We are able to assemble the Bauer B2000 series from size 10 to 40 for the helical, shaft mounted and bevel type geared motors. All component are sourced directly from the Bauer factory for assembly in Singapore. All assembled geared motors are fully tested according to factory protocol.

We have factory trained technicians and engineers to provide on- site trouble shooting on the performance of your geared motors. If required our technicians can carry out maintenance and repair work or preventive servicing measures on your premises.

Beside on-site service, we also carry complete servicing and overhaul of your gear unit and motors in our workshop. Upon receipt of your geared motor we offer a diagnostic service and subsequent servicing or preventive overhaul of the unit in our workshop with the aid of state-of-the-art analytical equipment.

All common parts such as seals, bearings and service kits that you require for maintenance purposes are available from our stock, thus preventing long machine downtimes and expensive production standstills. It also means that you don’t need to stock such parts yourself.
